What does the MuseumDepotShop do? What happens with the deaccessioned items? In a series of vlogs we talk you through the process and thoughts behind the concept. As a successful foundation in the Netherlands we are growing and are going to establish ourselves in the United Kingdom in the near future too. Find out the different elements to what we are and what we do in our playlist.

Our activities at MuseumDepotShop are: photographing the objects, describing them and putting them online. We also do the whole sale and service cycle. The museums themselves don’t need to do anything, other than give us acces to the objects. So, for them it is a very nice way to conclude the proces and a very successful one too.
